I’m not sure how many brides plan Friday weddings these days, but it seems to be a trend garnering some steam. I actually had a Friday wedding myself and very much enjoyed it! The major pull for a Friday wedding -for me- was that my family had the whole weekend together after the wedding. You may also get discounts from your ceremony/reception venue because it isn’t a typical “wedding day.” With a Friday wedding the venue has the opportunity to book several weddings that weekend, so it’s a win win for everyone! All of this to say we shot a beautiful Friday wedding in Wilmington, NC just recently that I wanted to share =).
